Guiding you to discover your Good Work
You were made to do Good Work
Not just any work—your work. The kind that fits like it was stitched into your bones. The kind that makes the world a little brighter, a little more whole, because you showed up and gave what only you can give. It doesn’t have to be flashy to be holy.
But here's the thing: the world will try to convince you that your work doesn’t count unless it checks someone else’s boxes. More followers, more noise, more hustle. A title, a platform, a certain kind of success. It’s easy to forget that sacred things often grow slowly. Quietly. Under the surface, far from the algorithms and applause.
And yet, there it is. This deep knowing in you: you were made to contribute. To build something good. To bring order from chaos. To plant seeds of hope and beauty and justice in the space you've been given. Not out of pressure—but out of joy. Not for applause—but for love.
Because good work isn't just what you do—it's how you do it.
She’s been around the block—and across the expansive Midwest—doing work that spans high-rises and hard places. With a background that’s part executive advisor, part street-level storyteller, Susan’s built her life around listening deeply, loving wildly, and laughing often (usually at herself). She believes good work is sacred, people are endlessly surprising, and there’s always room at the table for one more.
She doesn’t have all the answers (and doesn’t trust anyone who says they do), but she has picked up a few things along the way. Like how empathy is a superpower, grace is not for the faint of heart, and sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is, “Tell me more.”
